Who is the founder of Lamborghini?

The founder of Lamborghini is Ferruccio Lamborghini. He was born in 1916, and the company he founded, Automobile Ferruccio Lamborghini S.p.A., was established in 1963. Ferruccio was born in Bologna, Italy, where he grew up during World War I and II. His father owned a tractor factory, but his parents did not get along well; they divorced when Ferruccio was young and his father moved to Switzerland. Ferruccio stayed with his mother until she remarried when he was 13 years old. Ferruccio started working at his father's factory at age 15 and then went on to work for Breda Mechanics Italians, an Italian manufacturer of railway engines and rolling stock based in Milan.
After the war ended in 1945 he returned home to Bologna where he opened up a small garage that repaired cars for local farmers and mechanics who were struggling to find parts due to wartime rationing laws which limited what was available for purchase during wartime conditions (this was also known as “black market”).
In 1952 Ferruccio sold his share of this business to Enzo Ferrari after having worked there for four years before leaving.
